Drive impactful community services as the Community Services Manager at Our Place Society. Oversee housing operations and enhance support for vulnerable populations.
The Community Services Manager will report directly to the Director and focus on operationalizing housing programs within the organization. This position involves collaborating with diverse site supervisors, guiding staff development, and implementing effective services for residents. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the implementation of housing program policies
• Guide Site Supervisors in effective program delivery
• Ensure compliance with relevant housing legislation

• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of staff
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of management experience in non-profit
• Knowledge of supportive housing frameworks
