As Operations Director, you will be essential in ensuring smooth property management and financial oversight at Broad View United. Collaborating with the Board and Ministry staff, you will play a pivotal role in developing community partnerships and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead facility management and property operations
• Oversee budget alignment with Board's objectives
• Develop and manage social enterprises
• Support the Board with reports and research
• Recruit and inspire a high-performing team
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in operations management
• Post-secondary education in business or nonprofit management
• Proven change management experience
• Strong financial management knowledge
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
