Position: Experienced Aviation Machinist Role
Join De Havilland Aircraft in Sidney, BC as an Aviation Machinist and contribute to high-quality aircraft manufacturing. This position involves machining parts from various materials while ensuring safety and quality standards.

We seek a skilled Machinist with a minimum of four years of experience and an Inter Provincial Machinist Trades Qualification. In this role, you will program CNC equipment, conduct inspections, and assist in training junior team members. Your expertise will help maintain the high standards that De Havilland is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine parts from routine and exotic materials

• Program and operate CNC machinery effectively

• Meet all Viking Air quality standards

• Help train and supervise junior machinists

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Inter Provincial Machinist Trades Qualification necessary

• Minimum four years of related experience

• Strong understanding of quality and safety standards

• Ability to work independently and in teams

• Physical capability to fulfill job requirements
