Candidates should have at least two years of asphalt plant experience and a strong safety mindset. Your duties will include managing operations, routine maintenance, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offload hot asphalt oil and operate mixing

• Ensure compliance with production specifications

• Perform routine maintenance on asphalt equipment

• Collaborate with quality control and dispatch

• Maintain accurate records of production and operations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years asphalt plant operation experience

• Effective communication skills in English

• Heavy machinery experience preferred

• Willing to work nights, weekends, and overtime
