No experience (will train) Tasks - Food safety/handling skills
- Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines
- Feed and unload processing machines
- Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
- Clean machines and immediate work areas
- Load and unload goods
- Prepare, package and restock goods Support for youths
- Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth
- Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
