Brewery Maintenance Technician Position

Driftwood Brewery is seeking a dedicated Brewery Maintenance Technician in Victoria, BC. This full-time position focuses on keeping our brewing equipment operational and efficient.

In this role, you will directly support the brewery's day-to-day operations by performing maintenance, responding to equipment breakdowns, and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong mechanical skills and be comfortable troubleshooting various machinery related to brewing, utilities, and controls. You'll collaborate closely with the production teams to maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain production equipment across brewing and utilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues swiftly

• Execute preventive maintenance and improvements

• Keep tools accounted for and work areas tidy

• Log necessary details in CMMS for accurate tracking

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in a hands-on mechanical role

• Proficiency in pumps, gearboxes, and basic pneumatics

• Demonstrated commitment to safety in work practices

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Dependable and proactive approach to work
