As an Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining our commitment to safe and efficient recycling processes. Your responsibilities will include operating forklifts and balers, assisting with shipping and receiving, and documenting equipment inspections. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in various environmental conditions while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts and balers for efficient operations

• Move bins and bales within the recycling facility

• Conduct daily equipment inspections with thorough documentation

• Communicate effectively with Supervisors about operational concerns

• Complete additional tasks assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Certified to operate Forklift or Baler

• Relevant experience in waste management preferred

• Strong customer service skills emphasized

• Capability to meet physical job requirements

• English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
