Manufacturing Production Coordinator

Position: Manufacturing Production Coordinator Role

As a Production Controller, you will be responsible for coordinating production activities and managing work orders to ensure timely delivery. Collaborating closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams, you will be instrumental in navigating challenges and improving operational workflows. Your skills in problem-solving and scheduling will be critical in this ISO 13485 certified environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and oversee work orders using Syspro

• Identify and plan material and staffing needs

• Resolve scheduling conflicts and variances

• Manage finished goods inventory precisely

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing setting

• Diploma or equivalent experience in related fields

• Familiarity with ERP systems required

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel

• Understanding of ISO 13485 protocols
