Senior Digital Agency Account Director

Lead senior client relationships at One Net using digital marketing expertise, polished communication, and strategic account leadership. Work alongside strategy, content, creative, development, and media teams.
As a seasoned Account Director reporting to the CEO, you will anchor a portfolio of key agency accounts. You will guide client satisfaction, account growth, profitability, and cross-functional delivery. Your work connects client goals with agency standards across strategy, content, creative, development, media, SEO, AI visibility, and measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

Own account health, satisfaction, growth, scope, and forecasting
Serve as senior contact for client leadership and stakeholders
Lead upsell, expansion, planning, reviews, and renewal strategy
Create estimates and manage account profitability
Mentor account leaders and resolve client issues proactively
Requirements:
10+ years of agency, sales, or account management experience
Undergraduate degree in Business or a similar field
Strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines and measurement
Experience interpreting analytics and advertising platforms for clients
Polished communication, negotiation, presentation, and forecasting skills
Bring senior account leadership, digital marketing insight, and profitable client growth to One Net’s key agency accounts.
