Reporting to the Director of Advancement & External Relations, this position involves managing a diverse portfolio of major gift donors. You’ll create unique engagement strategies to deepen ties and secure significant contributions. Collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to making education accessible to all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically advance a portfolio of major and legacy donors

• Conduct impactful donor meetings and cultivation activities

• Prepare compelling fundraising proposals and reports

• Enhance the planned giving program through targeted outreach

• Collaborate with colleagues on strategic fundraising initiatives

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree related to philanthropy

• Minimum of 5 years in major gifts fundraising

• Proven experience securing substantial donations of $25,000+

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Flexibility to travel for donor engagements
