As the President and CEO, you will report to the Board of Directors while driving ONC's mission and operational strategies. Your leadership will shape the organization’s future within a non-profit, research-intensive environment, driving scientific innovation and community collaborations. You will be pivotal in building relationships with Indigenous communities, funders, and governmental bodies to ensure that the organization meets its ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership aligned with ONC's mission
• Build partnerships with researchers, industry, and governments
• Ensure operational sustainability and funding security
• Foster a culture of innovation and inclusivity
• Represent ONC publicly and lead outreach initiatives
Requirements:
• Proven leadership in complex organizations
• Expertise in scientific research and innovation
• Experience in non-profit or technology sectors
• Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement
• Commitment to equity and Indigenous relations
