As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will use your practical nursing diploma and essential competencies in communication and leadership to excel. Candidates will work shifts that include days, nights, and weekends, focusing on teamwork and independent tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote health and healing for patients and residents

• Provide patient education on health care practices

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team

• Organize and document patient care accurately

• Work independently when required

Requirements:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) designation

• Practical Nursing diploma from an accredited program

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Competency in computer and organizational skills

• Registered/eligible with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK
