Location: sidney
Carecor is seeking a Registered Nurse for Specialty Pharma in Victoria, BC—focus on infusion and pharmaceutical treatments in part time capacity. Provide high-quality, personalized care to patients across home and clinic environments. In this role, you’ll support patients in Sidney and Victoria, BC, ensuring safety and positive outcomes through effective communication with clinical leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and deliver pharmacological treatments to patients
- Assess patient health and develop tailored nursing plans
- Perform IV access and other specialized nursing procedures
- Document patient conditions and any adverse events
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal care
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
- Registered with the provincial nursing body
- BLS certification and ACLS for clinic roles
- Background in infusion or specialty pharma nursing
- Proficient organizational and assessment abilities
