Hemodialysis Nurse at Royal Health Centre

This role requires a qualified RN to oversee the nursing care for hemodialysis patients. Applicants should have three years of recent dialysis experience and hold a valid Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario. Responsibilities include patient education, active participation in CQI processes, and collaboration within the Regional Dialysis Program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for hemodialysis patients

• Educate patients about treatment options and care practices

• Participate in data management tasks within the program

• Collaborate with team members to enhance patient care

• Execute additional responsibilities as directed by the Program Manager

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of dialysis experience required

• Currently registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• BCLS certification is essential

• CNeph (C) certification preferred

• Competent in RDIS and Meditech Expanse applications
