Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, person-centered nursing care to residents

• Collaborate with RNs on complex care needs

• Administer medications under clinical best practices

• Monitor safety risks and respond to emergencies

• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health records

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nursing diploma with BCCNM registration

• Experience in long-term or assisted living care preferred

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Familiarity with electronic medical records

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
