Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient interviews for history

• Monitor vital signs and communicate findings

• Plan and implement patient care strategies

• Provide routine care and assist with comfort

• Prepare and administer required medications

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license

• Minimum one year of LTC experience

• Valid BCLS certification

• Proficiency in patient/family education

• Capability to perform diagnostic tests
