In collaboration with the Manager of Health Services and the Head of Anesthesia, this role is pivotal in coordinating patient-centric surgical care. The Clinical Resource Nurse will perform crucial pre-, intra-, and post-operative care, including assessments, anesthesia preparation, and assisting during surgeries. This position emphasizes leadership and teamwork within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient care throughout surgical procedures

• Perform comprehensive pre-operative anesthesia assessments

• Assist anesthesiologists with induction and monitoring

• Train nursing and support staff on best practices

• Procure and maintain necessary equipment and supplies

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in Anesthesia or ICU Nursing

• Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred

• Current CRNM registration and BCLS certification

• Strong leadership and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
