As an LPN, you will provide crucial care to patients during their visits at the clinic, focusing on both walk-in and scheduled appointments. The role involves working closely in diverse primary and ambulatory care settings, overseeing patient health assessments and vaccinations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient care under the supervision of healthcare leaders
• Manage COVID screening processes for arriving patients
• Assist with vaccinations, enhancing community health
• Conduct detailed patient assessments and history reviews
• Offer advice on preventive health practices
Requirements:
• One year of relevant nursing experience in the past three years
• Graduate from a Council approved Practical Nursing Program
• Active provincial nursing license
• Basic Life Support and First Aid certification
• Current N95 mask fit and WHMIS certifications
