At Age Care, we seek a Licensed Practical Nurse committed to delivering goal-directed nursing care in accordance with provincial standards. This part-time role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care for residents. Your responsibilities will include managing care plans, conducting assessments, and providing direct nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with care team using person-centered approaches

• Maintain resident assessments and communicate updates

• Implement and evaluate personalized care plans

• Manage medications and provide direct nursing care

• Address resident/family concerns with timely follow-up

Requirements:

• Current LPN registration in British Columbia

• Experience in senior or long-term care preferred

• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills

• Current CPR and First Aid certification required

• Willingness to complete Vulnerable Sector Check
