Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and direct on-duty nursing staff
• Ensure adherence to nursing care standards

Requirements:
• Registered Psychiatric Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree
• Two years of recent experience in mental health
• Five years in a supervisory role
• Registration with CRPNBC required
• Proficiency in advanced assessment skills
