Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of resident care services

• Review and address unusual incident reports promptly

• Collaborate on compliance with provincial regulations

• Lead investigations of critical incidents and resident abuse

• Implement policies alongside the Director of Care

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience

• 5 years in leadership with management skills

• Knowledge of relevant provincial legislation

• Experience with Dementia care

• Current registration with relevant nursing authority
