As an experienced midwife, you'll enjoy engaging in high-acuity clinical work within a collaborative, supportive environment. You will play a crucial role in patient flow during labour and delivery, induction starts, and cesarean assistance. The position offers flexible options including casual shifts and ongoing roles in a meaningful setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out patient triage and inpatient assessments efficiently

• Initiate and support labour induction and patient care

• Assist during cesarean sections and improve patient flow

• Perform antenatal assessments and NSTs as needed

• Work closely with community midwives to deliver care

Requirements:

• Proven midwifery background with clinical expertise

• Strong teamwork orientation in hospital practice

• Flexibility to accept casual or short-term locum roles

• Proficiency in communication and patient evaluation
