As part of the nursing team, your responsibilities will include ensuring the well-being of residents through high-quality services. You will be involved in medication administration, basic health assessments, and facilitating family engagements. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications within LPN guidelines
• Provide support and guidance to Health Care Aides
• Document resident health conditions and incidents
• Monitor and report observations of resident health
• Encourage family involvement in resident care
Requirements:
• LPN designation from a recognized program
• Current registration with appropriate LPN boards
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and nursing standards
• Previous experience in geriatric care
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
