Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate care services for resident health

• Lead daily reports for nursing staff

• Monitor and document changes in resident health

• Implement physician orders without delay

• Inform management of challenges with orders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Proven background in rehabilitation or long-term care

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

• Registered and in good standing with provincial registry

• Awareness of health protection acts
