Reporting to the Director of Care, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality nursing services to residents. This LPN role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing care plans, and managing medications effectively. You will work closely with a dedicated team and contribute to the dignity and well-being of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct and maintain thorough resident assessments
• Implement and adjust personalized care plans
• Educate residents and families on care protocols
• Manage medications in compliance with regulations
• Address resident concerns and ensure timely follow-up
Requirements:
• Active registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse in BC
• Experience in long-term or senior care preferred
• Strong clinical and care coordination skills
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required
• Willingness to complete Vulnerable Sector Check
