Position: Sidney Care Home LPN - Full-Time Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers effectively

• Assess resident needs and create care plans

• Administer necessary medications and wound care

• Utilize electronic record systems proficiently

• Liaise with families and other care professionals

Requirements:

• Current BCCNM registration is mandatory

• Valid CPR/First Aid Certificate required

• Must be experienced with electronic documentation

• Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills

• Previous experience in Long Term Care preferred
