As a Registered Nurse, you will report to the Director of Care, working collaboratively to ensure individual resident needs are met effectively. You will demonstrate critical thinking and exceptional communication skills while supervising care tasks and medication administration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed resident care assessments and maintain documentation
• Assist in organizing resident care conferences
• Manage medication orders complying with regulations
• Educate residents and families on care practices
• Supervise care delivery by Unregulated Care Providers
Requirements:
• Active RN registration in British Columbia
• Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Knowledge in gerontology and long-term care is beneficial
• Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening within 6 months
