Join the dynamic Per Curo Infusion Network as a full-time Regional Nursing Manager. You will oversee clinic operations across Vancouver Island and lead the integration of new clinics. This role requires expertise in patient support programs and operational efficiency to drive network growth and deliver high-standard care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee infusion programs and ensure operational excellence
• Collaborate with internal teams for optimal service delivery
• Manage staff performance and provide strategic oversight
• Develop unique service offerings for clinics
• Lead business development and client management initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Registered Nurse status with BC College of Nurses
• 5 to 7 years in a nursing leadership role
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Knowledge of patient support programs and specialty medications
