Senior Care Licensed Practical Nurse

Support seniors as a Licensed Practical Nurse with Age Care, coordinating care, delegating tasks, and protecting resident dignity across British Columbia.

The LPN works with the Director of Care and interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality nursing care. Responsibilities include medication safety, emergency response, delegation, resident education, documentation, and coordination with physicians, families, and service providers.

• Safely manage medications and narcotics within scope
• Assign responsibilities to nursing team members
• Direct and delegate tasks to care providers
• Oversee emergency response without senior leadership
• Coordinate conferences, scheduling, and resident updates

• Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Strong clinical knowledge and care coordination ability
• Experience supporting seniors or long-term care preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
