Expected Salary: $88,641 to $116,341
To determine final salary, Babcock considers a variety of factors including the successful Candidate’s skills and experience and internal equity. The final base salary offer is at the Company’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.

In this role, you will:
- Support subcontractor quality assurance activities in accordance with requirements established through Babcock client contracts.
- Monitor subcontractor performance against contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements, identifying risks and driving improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable contractual obligations, quality management system requirements, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Manage Subcontractor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring timely investigation, disposition, corrective action implementation, and closure.
- Support root cause investigations and oversee corrective and preventive action plans to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
- Serve as a key quality interface with stakeholders, subcontractors, regulatory authorities, and internal technical teams.
