QC Technician

Quality Control Technician
to join our team. As a member of our Operations Team, you will work with a team to ensure products are handled properly, complying with health & safety standards.

• Flexible schedule with Sunday availability

• Perform various inspections including, daily operational inspection, room temperature monitoring, metal detection verification, building inspection, and monitor GMP’s
• Carry out all line checks to ensure compliance with product and process specifications
• Inspect raw material products and outgoing products, and report any deficiencies
• Perform control point checks, pre-shipment reviews, and allergen checks
• Review and verify production records for completion and accuracy
• Microbial sampling of raw materials, environmental, and finished products
• Adhere to food safety and HACCP Principles

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and methodical in documentation and processes
• A self-starter, a team player, and a finisher
• Physically capable of carrying up to 20 lbs
