Position: Janitor for Warehouse cleaning

Randstad Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated Janitorial and Cleaning Specialist for one of our valued clients in the Keating Cross / Saanichton area. If you have 1–3 years of experience, a strong work ethic, and a knack for picking up new skills quickly, we want to hear from you! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable team in a great location.

• Starting wage of $18.00 – $19.80/hour based on experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain the building in a clean, safe, and orderly condition

• Perform general floor maintenance, including sweeping and mopping

• Manage waste removal and accurately sort recycling

• Execute thorough sanitization of high-touch surfaces and common areas

• Monitor and maintain the working condition of all cleaning equipment

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1–3 years of professional cleaning experience

• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, walking, and carrying equipment for the duration of a shift

• Ability to follow instructions closely and deliver high-quality results in a timely manner

• Strong attendance record and a proactive attitude
