Grocery Clerk – Part-Time

Our Esquimalt location is looking for a Part-Time  Grocery Clerk to join our family! The grocery department is responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service and product knowledge as well as creating an amazing product display.

Job Responsibilities   Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfactory
Stock shelves and display area
Assist customers to product inquiry and make recommendation
Record incoming stock and price items using stickers/labelling
Assist with bagging groceries for customers
Other task as required by immediate superior
Experience   Related retail experience is an asset but not required
Working Conditions   Ability to safely bend, twist, and lift up to 50lbs on a consistent basis
Ability to walk and stand for the duration of shift
Ability to maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety procedures
A high-level of motivation and a proactive attitude
Desire to provide outstanding customer service and to comply with established department procedures and safe work practice
A willingness to learn and openness to coaching and feedback
Schedule Requirements   Ability to work flexible hours
Must be available weekends, evenings , and holidays
12-24 hours per week
Pay   CA $18.25 – CA $22.00 per hour
