Sidney Thrift Store Operational Supervisor

Become an Operational Supervisor with The Salvation Army at our new Thrift Store in Sidney, BC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safeguard the integrity of donated items

• Facilitate accurate sales transactions

• Organize and sort incoming donations

• Enforce store security and monitor activities

• Provide on-the-job training for new staff

Requirements:

• At least two years of store or warehouse experience

• Some high school education is required

• Solid teamwork and communication skills

• Physical capability to lift 30 lbs regularly

• Comply with safety and health standards
