Responsibilities
The Meat Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a superior customer service experience by coaching and developing friendly, well‑trained staff. The Supervisor will supervise the department and staff, act as the go‑to person in the absence of the Department Manager and Assistant, foster customer loyalty, fulfill customer needs, and actively contribute to an engaging environment for both employees and customers.
Qualifications- Minimum 12 months of relevant experience
- High School Diploma
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Full knowledge of department operations and skills
- Applicants must provide a minimum of two reference contacts
