Job Responsibilities
Provide premier customer service by greeting customers and responding to questions and making recommendations when needed.
Ensure all prepared bakery items are properly labeled, covered and rotated and that shelves are stocked.
Process special orders on an as needed basis.
Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, company policies, and other programs and initiatives.
Perform other duties as required.
Working Conditions
Ability to safely bend, twist, and lift up to 50lbs on a consistent basis
Ability to walk and stand for a long period of hours
Ability to maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety procedures
A high-level of motivation and a proactive attitude
Desire to provide outstanding customer service and to comply with established department procedures and safe work practice
A willingness to learn and openness to coaching and feedback
Schedule Requirements
Ability to work during mornings, weekends, evenings, and holidays
Up to 32 hours per week
