Customer Service Representative; Liquor, Tillicum BC

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Tillicum Liquor Store
, located at the Tillicum Mall (3170 Tillicum Rd Victoria, BC V9A 7C5). This is a part-time role offering 16 - 24 hours per week.

• Available to work any day of the week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Availability to work closing shifts is required.
• Friendly, helpful, and customer-focused
• Dependable, honest and works well with others
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Currently certified in Serving It Right
• WSET Level 1 certified

• Confidently assist customers
• Follow all regulations regarding selling age-restricted products
• Stock and merchandise shelves accurately
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe site
• Ensure products are well displayed and meet quality standards
• Safely and effectively operate required equipment
• Follow all safety procedures
