This role involves working closely with the Operations Manager to handle guest moorage and ensure marina cleanliness and safety. We're seeking passionate individuals with solid communication skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your role will be pivotal in creating memorable experiences for guests while upholding our core values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day marina operations alongside the Operations Manager

• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns quickly and professionally

• Manage moorage logistics and ensure facility cleanliness

• Assist with product inventory and maintenance tasks

• Follow safety standards and comply with marina procedures

Requirements:

• Preference for those with customer service experience

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

• Previous marina or hospitality experience is favorable

• Knowledge of First Aid & CPR Level 1 is an asset

• Familiarity with marine operations is beneficial
