Position: Full-Time Meat Cutter

As a vital member of the retail meat department, you'll focus on meeting customer needs and maintaining high standards in our meat displays. You will leverage your full knowledge of department operations and assist with training new staff. Staying compliant with CFIA regulations and implementing company standards ensures a safe and inviting shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service for meat purchases

• Merchandise the meat department effectively

• Adhere to CFIA and company meat standards

• Train and mentor new clerks for department success

• Assist the Meat Manager with departmental tasks

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 12 months of experience in a similar role

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with department operations and standards

• Commitment to quality and customer engagement
