Key Responsibilities:

• Execute shipment, inventory organization, and replenishment

• Maintain safety and cleanliness in all operational aspects

• Support back-of-house inventory accuracy and standards

• Address operational challenges proactively

• Coach associates to uphold company values and service expectations

Requirements:

• Must have a passion for customer satisfaction

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Retail experience of 1–2 years is preferred

• Flexible with scheduling, available on nights and weekends

• Capability to lift 40 pounds; comfort with physical tasks
