We're looking for a motivated individual to provide exceptional service in our floral department. This role entails assisting customers with their flower and plant selections while ensuring our floral displays are fresh and well-stocked. The position requires flexible scheduling with approximately 24 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise customers on flower and plant care

• Efficiently manage stock levels and inventory

• Keep bouquets fresh and appealing

• Ensure accurate scanning and pricing

• Engage in additional assigned floral tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in a garden center or floral department

• Familiarity with indoor and outdoor plant care

• Customer service experience is a plus

• Availability for flexible hours

• Positive and proactive work attitude
