Key Responsibilities:

• Execute shipment and replenishment procedures

• Maintain back-of-house inventory accuracy

• Support store cleanliness and compliance standards

• Identify and escalate operational challenges

• Lead coaching and development initiatives for team members

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and execution

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

• Capacity to lift up to 40 pounds

• Proficient in using technology for daily tasks
