Part Time Customer Service Rep

Join Peninsula Co-op at the Pat Bay Fuel & Convenience Centre in Victoria, BC, as a part-time Customer Service Representative. We value friendly and dependable individuals who are eager to assist customers and maintain our facility.

This role offers 8 to 24 hours of flexible scheduling per week. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, honest, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting. You’ll perform essential duties such as stocking shelves, maintaining site safety, and following regulations for age-restricted products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and service

• Stock and organize merchandise on shelves

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Ensure quality display of products

• Operate equipment safely and follow safety protocols

Requirements:

• Availability for shifts including weekends and holidays

• Friendly, helpful demeanor for customer interaction

• Dependable and able to stand for long periods

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as required

• Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
