Position: Supervisory Role in Grocery - Full-time
Join The Root Cellar team in Victoria, BC, as a Grocery Supervisor. Use your grocery expertise and leadership skills to enhance daily operations and customer experiences.

In this role, you will support the Grocery Leadership Team with department oversight, focusing on team development and customer service excellence. You will manage inventory, oversee product presentation, and ensure appropriate product rotation. Your leadership will foster a collaborative environment while promoting store policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in training and motivating grocery department staff

• Organize and merchandise grocery items for maximum appeal

• Ensure proper product rotation to minimize loss

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve concerns

• Maintain store signage and visual standards

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of grocery supervisory experience

• Strong passion for customer service and produce

• Motivated and positive leadership attitude

• Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical tasks

• Willingness to work flexible full-time hours
