In this position, you will primarily work closing shifts, typically 5 hours from 5 PM to 10 PM, and interact with customers to help them discover their favorite drinks. As a Sales Associate, maintaining store cleanliness and organization while ensuring compliance with British Columbia’s alcohol regulations is key to your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on beverages
• Manage cash register and financial transactions
• Keep the store organized and tidy
• Verify age compliance for alcohol purchases
Requirements:
• 1+ years experience in customer service
• Experience with cash handling is essential
• Must possess Serving It Right certification
• Ability to lift up to 25kg as needed
• Familiarity with wine and spirits valued
