• Greet, engage, and thank customers using Home Depot’s GET Model
• Assess projects through open-ended questions and customer discussions
• Recommend products, services, and related project items
• Maintain signed, displayed, and clean department merchandise
• Follow safety and Loss Prevention policies and procedures

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer-focused communication and interpersonal skills
• One to two years retail or trade experience preferred
• Ability to bend, lift, push, pull, and move items
• Availability for flexible evening and weekend scheduling
