Represent Nespresso through coffee expertise and customer service in a part time boutique role focused on sales and customer experiences.
As a Part Time Coffee Specialist with Nespresso Canada, you will act as a brand ambassador. You will use product knowledge, enthusiasm, and sustainability awareness to serve customers. The position emphasizes sales targets, coaching, and meaningful brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate enthusiastically in daily briefings
- Engage in coaching sessions with team leaders
- Approach customers and pursue upselling opportunities
- Deliver customer experiences using coffee product knowledge
- Educate customers about Nespresso’s sustainability mission
- Passion for coffee, sustainability, and Nespresso coffees
- One to two years’ retail or selling experience
- Experience serving high customer volumes
- Demonstrated excellence in sales and customer service
- Ability to lift repeatedly up to 23 kilograms
