Part Time Nespresso Coffee Specialist

Nespresso Coffee Specialists combine product knowledge and customer service while representing the brand in a part time boutique role. Drive sales through enthusiastic customer engagement.

This part time position represents Nespresso as a brand ambassador within a boutique team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, achieve targets, and educate customers about coffees and sustainability. Coaching and daily briefings support store and individual goals.

• Engage enthusiastically in daily briefings and understand key objectives
• Approach customers and pursue opportunities to upsell
• Deliver customer experiences using product knowledge and brand enthusiasm
• Reinforce Nespresso brand messaging with customers and prospects
• Promote Nespresso sustainability through customer education

• Passion for coffee, sustainability, and Nespresso coffee knowledge
• One to two years of retail or selling experience
• Experience serving high volumes of customers
• Demonstrated excellence in sales and customer service
• Ability to stand all day and lift 23 kilograms
