Serve Real Canadian Superstore shoppers through customer service, shelf stocking, and product knowledge in a retail store team. Flexible availability supports daily store operations.
Store Team Members help create positive in-store shopping experiences by keeping products available and answering customer needs. Clerks maintain displays, scan products accurately, identify inventory needs, and support ordering. Training is provided, and previous experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities:- Stock shelves and respond to customer needs
- Maintain product displays according to company standards
- Scan products accurately and identify inventory needs
- Assist with ordering and set up promotions
- Keep department areas neat and safe
- Customer-focused, courteous, and resourceful approach
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Motivation to learn new things
- Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds during shifts
