Lead Food service sales performance through coaching and commercial planning while growing accounts, margins, customers, and profitable business.
As Sales Manager, you will set team priorities, track KPIs, and develop selling skills. You will manage key accounts, support negotiations, and build customer relationships. The role also connects Sales with Operations, Purchasing, Finance, Production, and Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities:- Coach the Food service sales team toward performance targets
- Set individual plans, priorities, and expectations
- Grow accounts through category expansion and cross-selling
- Oversee territory plans, pipelines, and sales reports
- Manage strategic customer relationships and negotiations
- 5+ years of progressive sales experience
- 5+ years leading Sales teams
- Experience delivering profitable existing-account and new-business growth
- Strong sales planning and territory management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM tools
